Booking
Guests can make reservations through our website at www.tagavalja.eu or through accommodation service providers such as Booking.com and Airbnb.com.
When booking a holiday home at Tagavälja Talutare OÜ, we require the full amount for the booked dates to confirm the reservation. If you book accommodation by invoice, it is necessary to adhere to the invoice due date; failure to pay may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Booking Changes
Changes can include the number of people staying or changes to facilities such as the sauna or barrel sauna. To make changes, please inform us at info@tagavalja.eu, on-site at the accommodation, or by phone at +372 58 106 817. If changing your booking results in a price change or cancellation fee, we will notify you in advance.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your visit and it is past the last cancellation date, or for example, if you do not show up at our guesthouse on the booked dates, Tagavälja Talutare OÜ will not refund the booking cost.
Pets
Pets are welcome, but we require that animals be supervised by their owner at all times. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the room if the owner has left the accommodation. The host family is not responsible for guests’ pets. If a pet damages property in our guesthouse, we may charge fully or partially for the damages.
House Rules
The use of the holiday home begins on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM, and check-out on the day of departure is by 12:00 PM. Early arrival and late departure are possible by arrangement.
Please treat the accommodation and its furnishings, electronics, and contents responsibly, leaving them in the same condition as when you arrived. If anything is broken, damaged, or missing, please report it to the staff (as soon as possible and definitely before checking out).

In the event of damage to buildings, facilities, landscaping, or any other furnishings provided to the visitor, the visitor must compensate for the damages according to the invoice provided by the owner.
Only holiday home staff have the right to heat the sauna unless otherwise agreed.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the sauna.
If an event gets out of control, involves vandalism, non-compliance, or similar activities, the owner has the right to immediately terminate the event (without refunds).
Smoking is prohibited in all our indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided outdoors.
Bonfires and grilling are allowed only in designated areas and must be coordinated in advance with the owners.
